Michael Van Itallie, CPEng RPEQ CER, has extensive experience at all stages of the development process.  From initial feasibility studies through to DA reporting, stormwater assessments, detail design, Unitywater Accreditation support, and providing final construction inspection and certification, Michael has the ability to guide your project through all phases of work and authority assessment.  

Michael has been a hands-on design engineer and manager at leading Engineering firms his entire career.  He started SCCE to allow for his experience to be focused directly 1 on 1 for his clients' projects.
